BBC Radio Gloucestershire feature Kingshill School

“BBC Radio Gloucestershire came to Cirencester Kingshill School this week.  Nicky Price recorded 5 features for the school shout of the week next week.  Sports Day, D of E, Billy Elliot, Open Mornings and "Unsung Hero" (which were the Year 9 Ambassadors).  She interviewed pupils, perspective pupils, parents and staff.  All interviews came across brilliantly and it was so lovely to hear such wonderful things about Kingshill School. Cirencester Kingshill School presents BILLY ELLIOT The Musical

Cirencester Kingshill School Expressive Arts Faculty will present Billy Elliot the Musical on Monday 9th July until Thursday 12th July. The Kingshill production is directed by Ms Emily Stones, with choreography from Mrs Katherine Bates (Cirencester Creative Dance Academy) and music direction from Mr Jon Driver. Cirencester Kingshill pupils raise £558.00 for Children in Need.

Kingshill’s 11th Annual Talent Show excited audiences on Friday 17th November 2017.  46 pupils entertained and wowed the audience to raise money for BBC’s Children in Need. Cirencester Kingshill School GCSE photography pupils go back to nature

On Friday 6th October 2017, 49 Year 10 GCSE photography pupils got the opportunity to visit the Oxford Natural History Museum and Botanical Gardens. The trip was designed to allow pupils to explore and photograph different visual elements.  Having only started the GCSE photography course in September 2017, the pupils welcomed the opportunity to get out into a new environment. Cirencester Kingshill School pupils are inspired to learn foreign languages

Pupils at Cirencester Kingshill School celebrated the European Day of Languages on Tuesday 26th September with a number of activities that saw some pupils learning how to say good morning and good afternoon in 29 different languages and had teachers taking the register in a foreign language.  Year 7 pupils had the opportunity to take part in a 'Great European Bake Off' competition and the entries were sold off as part of a European themed cake sale held in aid of Macmillan.
